A signature may be required upon delivery. We therefore highly recommend getting your order delivered to an address where you know someone will be able to sign for it. The courier will attempt delivery of your order between 1-3 times, after which you will be given the choice between picking up your parcel from your local depot or arranging re-delivery to an alternative address. Your order will be returned to sender if delivery is not successful.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be completed. Exchanges are not available.
