The split-sole design allows the flattest platform to pivot on and eliminates bulk in the arch. What sets the Hanami apart from other ballet shoes is the patented technology that creates a seamless diamond gusset in the arch of the shoe. This means there is no harshly stitched line down the centre that will interfere with how your young dancer points and flexes. No drawstrings erase any worry of the ballet slipper coming undone during back-to-back classes.

A signature may be required upon delivery. We therefore highly recommend getting your order delivered to an address where you know someone will be able to sign for it. The courier will attempt delivery of your order between 1-3 times, after which you will be given the choice between picking up your parcel from your local depot or arranging re-delivery to an alternative address. Your order will be returned to sender if delivery is not successful.
From 3rd March 2026, our returns policy is changing. Please familiarise yourself with these changes before placing your order.
Returns will be charged at a flat rate of €5.00 per order.
Upon approval of your return, a label will be provided, and the cost of the return label will be deducted from the final refund amount.
If a return label exceeds €5.00 due to your location, the return will need to be sent back using a courier of your choice.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your items for a full refund. This policy also applies to any Capezio.eu products that have a manufacturing or material defect. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be completed. Exchanges are not available.

- Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
