A signature may be required upon delivery. We therefore highly recommend getting your order delivered to an address where you know someone will be able to sign for it. Your order may be delivered to a parcel shop for collection or returned to sender if delivery is not successful on the first attempt.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your items for a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be completed. Exchanges are not available.
